Note:

• Gir National Park is Closed between mid- June to Mid- October. Devalia Safari Park Can be Visited during this period.
• Price does not include Safari permit / Vehicle at Gir National Park. Jeep Safari Permit Can be arranged at additional cost based on availability (Vehicle & Guide cost to be paid directly at Gir reception upon vehicle allotment).
• Touromatic Tours and Travels have listed maximum number of sightseeing that can be covered in a day and will try our best to cover all sightseeings that are listed . However, few places may not be possible to visit due to traffic jams/ limited time/ closed roads or monuments/ unforeseen.
• Check in & Check out Time as per Hotel Policies. Standard check in / checkout time of hotel Is 12:00 noon. ( Early check in / late checkout is as per hotel policies & room availabilities in hotel)
• Meal Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-available meals We shall not be responsible.
• Company reserves the right to change the Hotel accommodation due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
• The timings mentioned in Day schedule section are approximate timings and can be negotiated.
• Customers must carry the photo identification in the form of Driving License, Election ID Card, Adhar Card, and Pan Card. At certain site seeing places/hotel, the identification proof is required for which company has no control and is mandatory.
• Numerous fctors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.
• In cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
• 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
• 07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost
• 48 hours prior to arrival : No Refund.
